    Digital Demand Generation Manager

    The Digital Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the Commercial Marketing Demand Generation digital strategy supporting inbound lead and pipeline generation objectives. This will include budget management, campaign tracking, and optimization to drive continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Commercial Demand Generation Marketing team, and coordinate with Corporate Digital Marketing.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead execution of paid media strategy including cpc, display, retargeting, sponsorships, and content syndication for commercial demand generation campaigns.

    • Manage inbound lead flow against pipeline goals. Use established baseline metrics to forecast campaign performance and determine ROI.

    • Collaborate with the Digital Team, Demand Generation Team and Agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and strategy across the buyer journey.

    • Provide campaign subject matter expertise and campaign strategy insight to cross functional teams including the greater Marketing org, Sales, Business Development, Partner and Customer.

    • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases, leveraging tactics across all stages of the funnel.

    • Own project management of commercial digital campaigns, ensuring deliverables, ROI tracking and budget management is in place.

    • Assist in the development of an account based marketing strategy.

    • Research and identify new B2B technology focused digital advertising opportunities that drive both brand awareness and qualified leads for new and existing customers.

    • Master the Conga value proposition across all product lines and be able to articulate it in both written and verbal communications, including campaign emails, lead nurture emails, webinar overviews and ad copy.

     

    Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software

    • A minimum of 2 years of SaaS/on-demand software experience in either marketing or sales

    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft and other marketing communication and automation best-practices

    • Experience with building or modifying web and landing pages within a CMS such as Wordpress or Drupal or a marketing automation system such as Pardot or Marketo highly desired

    • Be a high-performance team player who can work cross functionally

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills

    • Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management

    • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation communication skills

    • Analytical approach to solving business, marketing and sales problems, and ability to identify trends and opportunities

    • Able to think outside the box, suggest new ideas, and implement new campaigns

    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve extraordinary results
