We’re seeking a candidate to fulfill the Marketing Campaign Manager role on our fast-paced marketing team. We’re looking for a qualified leader with demonstrated experience taking a holistic, strategic approach to a high-volume environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demand: Own, analyze, and communicate the strategy, execution, and metrics of the demand generation function - Leads, hand raisers, MQLs, SALs, SQLs and pipeline
  • Paid: Lead Mersive’s digital advertising program, including strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple channels - predominantly Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Integrated campaigns: Launch integrated campaigns leveraging content, email, web, ads, events (field and virtual), vendors, and more
  • Sales alignment: Coordinate with SDR and Sales teams to monitor campaign efficacy and optimize inbound and outbound motions to support pipeline creation
  • International marketing: Support EMEA and APAC marketing and sales leaders to create campaigns that improve awareness and drive pipeline
  • Automation: Own HubSpot email nurtures, workflows, segmented lists, campaign assets, and reporting — including emails, landing pages, and forms
  • Email: Lead Mersive’s email marketing program, including strategy, creation, testing, planning, execution, and campaign reporting
  • ABM: Lead development of account based marketing strategy and execution for priority enterprise accounts

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least one year focused in paid channels and demand generation
  • Deep understanding of paid strategies and tactics - leveraging the right channels for awareness, nurture, and performance marketing 
  • Ability to multi-task and run multiple campaigns through different phases of execution
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms required - HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Pardot - preference given to candidates with HubSpot experience
  • Experience with a variety of tools including website CMS (WordPress), A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO), CRM (Salesforce), ABM (Demandbase, Terminus, 6sense, Lead Forensics), and data (Zoominfo)
  • Experience executing global and partner campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue
