Job Description
Brandfolder is looking for an experienced community marketing manager to join our growing marketing team. The community marketing manager will be responsible for all things related to the awesome community of past, current, and future Brandfolder users and customers. We’re looking for someone that can build an amazing community from a group of customers who already love talking about the product. This role is full time and our ideal candidate is located in Denver at Brandfolder HQ. Base salary range for this role to be between $79,120 and $101,200. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
What You’ll Do
Work with Customer Success/Account Management teams to identify, then pursue to completion, opportunities for customer case studies, quotes, validated statistics, and event participation.
Interview customers and author customer case studies.
Identify customers for speaking events, webinars, and similar activities, and coordinate their participation in such activities.
Maintain a database of all customer marketing activities including case studies, quotes, statistics, event participation, logo approval, press activity, and reference calls.
Own online customer reviews, working with Customer Success to drive an increasing cadence of positive reviews.
Coordinate and maintain a database of reference customers for the sales team, analysts, and other stakeholders
Find and engage with people on social platforms who are interested in digital asset management
Build an amazing in-person events program when that’s a thing again
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
BA/BS in communications, marketing, or other related business degree
3+ years of experience in community or customer marketing
Experience partnering with customer success and sales teams to identify opportunities to highlight customer wins
Strong writing skills
Highly skilled at project management
