Salt Lending operates a blockchain-based platform that facilitates the issuance of loans and connects borrowers with capital. The company encompasses several business divisions, that include a loan servicing platform, an online marketplace and an asset management unit.

Our rapidly expanding company needs a creative and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to join our executive team. We’re interested in expanding our marketing reach across multiple platforms, and we need someone who has extensive experience in social media, digital advertising, content creation, and growth development. The ideal candidate will understand the blockchain or FinTech industry and will know how to increase our company’s market reach. We’re planning on global expansion over the next 6-12 months, so experience creating and executing robust international marketing campaigns is a must. Primary Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media and marketing campaign initiatives
• Grow, manage and lead marketing team
• Design and improve upon marketing campaigns for each aspect of our company
• Negotiate compensation and project details for outside service providers and firms related to marketing and promotions
• Create and distribute an enthusiastic, trustworthy brand message that will resonate with our target demographic
• Oversee our customer acquisition, branding, social media, advertising, and corporate messaging

Preferred Candidate Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required (MBA preferred)
• 15+ years’ experience in marketing and/or advertising
• 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• 5+ years’ experience with domestic and international marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and project development skills
• Excellent understanding of blockchain and digital assets
• Excellent understanding of financial marketplaces
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with membership-based business model and/or financial services/lending
• Familiarity with strategic marketing campaigns
