Channel Marketing Manager
DAT is looking for a savvy marketer to join our Digital Marketing team as a Channel and Influencer Marketing Manager in our Denver, CO office.
You will source, develop, service, and grow successful and lucrative relationships with affiliate and channel partners who are leaders in the trucking industry. In addition to managing these relationships, you'll find new channel partners, build and maintain relationships with those partners, and make sure that partners are communicating on-brand as an extension of our marketing efforts. You'll lead contract negotiation, allocation of marketing development funds, the creation of marketing materials, and more.
Candidate Profile

  • You have a helping attitude and are willing to provide support for all affiliate and channel partners.
  • You have a love of marketing and can provide support with marketing communications throughout all business segments.
  • You are well-organized and can maintain documentation and collateral support as related to channel partners.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the prospecting, recruiting and onboarding of new partners, and maximize DAT visibility through partner websites.
  • Drive and grow partner marketing programs: increasing trackable revenue, improving processes and tools, increasing the number of participating partners.
  • Manage and maintain monthly analytics and commissions reports.
  • Ensure that partners adhere to guidelines and contracts.
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with key stakeholders and teams on partner programs and marketing campaigns to increase transparency and understanding of partner programs throughout the company.
  • Provide all marketing collateral and creative for partners to market DAT solutions, pricing, and technical support.
  • Maintain partner database and resource library.
  • Manage and maintain training accounts for partners.
  • Manage marketing communications and sales tracking process.
  • Provide tactical support for supporting partners at trade shows.
  • Develop a B2B marketing strategy that targets potential channel partners.
  • Serve as a link between affiliates and our marketing team
  • Identify which products and services perform well in which channels and/or markets.
  • Find new channel partners and negotiates contracts.
  • Monitor each channel's performance and assess each regularly for sales and revenue growth.


Skills and Experience You'll Bring

  • Experience in the Trucking Industry is preferred.
  • You're comfortable on the phone communicating with industry influencers and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience with affiliate channel programs and digital marketing best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.


(Colorado only) In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $87k, plus benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
