The Channel Marketing Manager is a high impact member of the marketing team that helps define, implement, and manage North America marketing programs focus on partner recruitment and enablement. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player, with a passion for marketing, sales enablement, and general interest in technology. This position is responsible for creating and managing partner marketing campaigns.  This position must have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, and channel sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop MSP partner recruitment campaigns (email, webinars, social, content and tools)
  • MSP event planning and execution.
  • Develop enablement and engagement programs for Webroot partners and prospects that drive mindshare, build pipeline and grow revenue.
  • Plan and execute tactics ensuring partners have access to the required assets, content and guidance about new products and solutions e.g. partner toolkit
  • Develop turnkey Go-to-market toolkits, sales enablement programs, launch events, training, incentive programs supporting all partner types.
  • Support of monthly partner newsletter distribution and other partner related communications.
  • Provide ongoing support of the Partner Edge Toolkit, including creating and maintaining content in Resource Center and on Web Syndication, while providing regular Toolkit adoption reporting including partner certification training.
  • Work with paid media vendors e.g. project management, ad placement, lead generation programs, content syndication, etc.
  • Implement campaign/tactic reporting and analysis, including adjustment recommendation as needed.
  • Writing and editing of partner communications.
  • Managing vendors, SOW/contracts via procurement process etc.

 

Work directly with other members of the marketing team to execute the following:

  • As the primary marketing point of contact for MSPs and Reseller/Hybrid partners, this person will work side-by-side with Channel Account Managers to enable sales, create awareness, and generate sales through these partners.
  • Identify and leverage marketing campaigns and materials for joint marketing activities.
  • Work closely with partners, sales and marketing to support partner events, partner onboarding and ramp activities.
  • Integrated and direct marketing activity directed at MSPs (prospects, customers).
  • Plan and execute partner marketing content and sales tools with the product organization and marketing communications team.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B tech marketing role, with at least 3 years of experience in channel marketing
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Experience developing turnkey channel marketing and retention activities, with in-depth knowledge of all marketing media
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to develop marketing content and reports that communicate program results
  • Strong project, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • 20-30% travel
