Channel Marketing Manager

As our Channel Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of global marketing strategies to elevate Sphero’s global position in connected play with key distributors, retailers, and consumers.

Some fun parts of your job:

  • Help drive sales by executing ongoing digital and in store marketing campaigns with key global retail partners (Amazon, Apple, Best Buy) in line with product launches and promotional periods.
  • Creating the best digital experiences/point-of-purchase displays and measure success.
  • Ensure the ongoing delivery of Sphero’s brand and all strategic marketing initiatives to support global growth, exposure and positioning in the channel.
  • Create and maintain relationships with national and international partners across all areas
  • Support in the execution of strategic marketing pushes: i.e. consumer events, trade shows, distribution of programs, constructing sales decks, etc
  • Brainstorming retail solutions for our global retail partners and bringing those concepts to life.
  • Creating easily digestible collateral to help our retailers and partners better understand our products, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital channel marketing mix with focus on ecomm with partners.

Experience and attributes we’d like you to have:

  • 5+ years experience in a channel marketing role
  • Experience in managing and processing budgetary items
  • Stellar organization skills to keep channel team up to date
  • Experience with executing marketing programs with major retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Apple, etc)
  • Experience using Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, AMS platforms preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to work with a team of diverse individuals around the world to fuel Sphero brand adoption
  • Possess strategic thinking, planning and brand-building
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Keynote and Google Slides.
  • POP experience working with retailers.
  • The organization to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines with complex schedules
  • Superstar verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with the sales and partner communities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
