As a Campaign Manager, you will support the development of insight-driven, measurable, and behavior-changing marketing campaigns. What You Will Do:

  • Support the development, execution, and management of key client marketing campaigns and partner with team members to develop comprehensive communications solutions that incorporate all team capabilities
  • Act as the project manager for assigned client campaigns, including building and managing Workfront project plans, routing creative proofs back and forth with the customer, providing status updates, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key day-to-day client marketing contacts and stakeholders
  • Foster understanding of client goals within communications solutions
  • Support, monitor, and track program results and key performance indicators
  • Support integration of new, evolving, and existing company products and solutions
  • Understand and monitor trends, opportunities, and challenges in healthcare marketing branding, acquisition and retention in order to better serve client needs
  • Facilitate cross-functional team communication and work allocation based on client and/or project need

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in direct to consumer acquisition and retention, marketing strategy development, marketing program execution, multichannel marketing, and digital marketing
  • Experience analyzing data and translating findings into products, solutions, and optimization ideas
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with co-workers to develop creative, comprehensive solutions that adhere to company standards
  • Bonus: experience in an agency environment and/or healthcare marketing experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $58,000 - $70,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
