We're looking for a creative and analytical site merchandiser who can help lead our transformation into a premier subscription service that brings actionable inspiration and enriching entertainment to our extraordinary customer community. As Bluprint's Associate Site Merchandiser, you’ll play a critical role in bringing together our content and commerce offering to create new and engaging site experiences. These site experiences are key to fulfilling our brand promise that Bluprint is a place for members to explore their passions and achieve their creative and lifestyle goals.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the customer advocate to ensure every site experience is planned and published with a customer first mindset.
• Question the status quo, looking for ways to improve and streamline the efficiency of existing processes.
• Manage a complex merchandising calendar that brings together inputs from multiple cross-functional teams.
• Become an expert in our CMS system and related toolsets to publish and maintain a high quality site experience.
• Think strategically to identify cross-category content connections in order to build an engaging and evolving site experience.
• Analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve the user experience and achieve site KPI goals.
• Seek out, define and effectively drive larger scale, complicated projects independently.

● BA/BS in relevant field.
● 2+ years of online merchandising or marketing experience.
