Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of client communication, defining account strategies, and management of marketing services.
  • Offer clients digital strategy leadership, campaign recommendations, insight on market + industry trends, and day-to-day engagement + support.
  • Develop and manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring accuracy throughout campaign timelines & optimizing for improved performance.
  • Develop campaign strategy in line with client goals; launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms including paid search, social, and display.
  • Strategy implementation & management of PPC campaigns to ensure ongoing client needs are being met, strategies continuously challenged, and KPIs achieved.
  • Analyze performance metrics of deployed campaigns to establish reporting narratives and allow for future optimizations.
  • Compile reporting for digital advertising channels + marketing projects and relay monthly performance insights to clients.
  • Manage content marketing, SEO, and website projects as needed.
  • Mentorship of digital media coordinators on the Client Strategy Team; involved in ongoing training regarding digital advertising knowledge + client communication proficiencies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, passionate and honest
  • Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
  • Advanced knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
  • Desire to learn and become a thought leader in the digital marketing industry
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
  • Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be well organized, display a professional demeanor, exude high energy and show attention to detail
  • Must be a confident, flexible, multitasker, and be able to work independently
