Job Summary

 

Account Based Marketing Manager, NetApp Cloud Data Services

This role will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, target and strategic accounts. They will act as a liaison between Marketing, Business, and Sales teams to develop tactics designed to penetrate target and strategic accounts.

The ABM manager will lead and build marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as managing 3rd party vendors to support growth in both our strategic and target accounts. They will partner closely with internal stakeholders to report key findings to marketing and sales team, and to the CDS leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CDS’s account-based marketing strategy, working closely with the Business accounts team, sales and marketing functions to implement account-based marketing tactics into account level plans
  • Take a data-driven approach to customizing marketing assets and developing initiatives and tactics that align with the customer journey and sales buying stages.
  • Deploy marketing initiatives using various mediums including digital, content, events, and social media
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing teams to create to align and integrate the ABM planning with product launches, new features and sales directives.
  • Operationalize ABM planning: tracking, metrics such as: Account Coverage, Engagement, Reach (touches), Influence; Share of Voice
  • Analyze performance and report against key metrics
  • Manage dedicated account- based marketing budget

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in growth or acquisition marketing, with a track record of planning and executing customer acquisition strategies across the entire marketing mix of owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Well-versed in all digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, online display media, etc.
  • Experience acquiring consumers in highly targeted segments and specialized industry verticals
  • Experience designing and executing on A/B and multivariate user tests
  • You genuinely enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment where every day presents a new challenge
  • You are a quick learner with an action-oriented attitude
  • You are self-driven, and are extremely accountable to your commitments
  • You are resourceful, flexible, and have excellent follow-through

 

 

 

Education

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
