The Role: Want to help build a world-class brand? PopSockets innovates constantly and is committed to growing internationally, and in the US, where customers want high-quality, thoughtfully designed, authentic grips.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an especially talented, persistent leader to evolve and execute global IP strategies, including:

• Harvesting new ideas from our innovation and design teams to pursue patent grants and trademark registrations worldwide;
• Vigilantly monitoring online and brick-and-mortar marketplaces to identify and prevent abuse of our brand and intellectual property;
• Monitoring and enforcing our Minimum Advertised Pricing (“MAP”); and
• Efficiently and cost effectively enforcing our patents and trademarks.
• Lead a top-performing team of brand-protection specialists, domestic and international legal experts, and investigators.
• You will work closely with our Officers, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, US and International Sales teams and General Counsel to understand our business, goals and timelines, and prepare marketplaces for growth.
• Priority initiatives include monitoring ecommerce, building upon existing relationships with online marketplaces and building new ones, evolving brick-and-mortar investigations, and creating a crisp roadmap to expertly support our international sales team.

This global role requires exceptional communication and organization.
