Healthgrades is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our team in downtown Denver. This individual will be responsible for assisting the legal team with document preparation, corporate record keeping, contract management, and legal research.
What you will do:
- Manage and prepare company corporate filings including managing state qualifications
- Assist in preparation of documents related to corporate governance matters as requested
- Manage Legal Department electronic files and records
- Manage and assist with the preparation of intellectual property portfolio filings
- Assist in the maintenance of company compliance records and documentation
- Assist with administration of sales and vendor contract management workflow and record keeping
- Assist with the drafting and preparing of form agreements
- Complete short term projects as assigned
- Assists with the administration of sales and vendor contract management workflow and record-keeping
- Perform a variety of administrative support duties as assigned, including preparing reports, memoranda, charts, presentation data, or logs as required
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate
- 0-3 years’ experience in corporate paralegal work
- Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate detailed information to all stakeholders including executives – verbally or in writing
- Ability to adhere to strict regulatory compliance and contract management principles/policies
- Ability to research, identify, define, and present solutions to corporate legal team and other internal stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
