THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Contracts Administrator at Xactly Corporation, this person will be responsible for executing the contract administration process and coordinating all relevant stakeholders. This person will report to our VP, General Counsel and be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administering contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers and/or vendors. They will work within the legal department to assist sales-ops and services teams to structure contracts and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and other requirements. We take pride in providing practical, trustworthy, and efficient legal advice that creatively support business' rapid international growth
THE SKILL SET:
- 2+ years experience in a contract administration or sales-ops with SaaS license agreements on the sell side of the business
Experience or willingness to learn data analytics and using said data to create compelling visual reports of legal metrics
Facilitate contract life cycle management from planning to execution and feedback
Understanding of software licensing terms for post-close contract analysis
Experience in contract and compliance review after signature in SFDC, to ensure clean handoff to implementation, customer success and finance teams
Manage intake system and projects for team of several international attorneys
Gifted at planning legal department meetings, including off-sites and other activities
Experience working in: SFDC, Box, Docusign, Jira, Workday, Tableau, Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
TIME SPENT IF HIRED
~based on a 40-hour week~
- 15% attending various business alignment calls to ensure legal is helping the business grow effectively and efficiently
15% of the week creating data analytics tools or refining previously created work flows to optimize legal's data metrics
10% of the week in Salesforce for contract compliance review
10% of the week in Jira assigning legal tasks
10% of the week facilitating the NDA process
10% of the week in Workday ensuring legal contract compliance for vendor procurement requests
Misc 30%:
organizing the legal team via planning legal meetings and other activities
creating presentations on various topics
Performing meaningful contract grading of our master agreement
Various administrative management support for team of lawyers
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL
Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow with the right people, paper, and processes
Build relationships with internal business partners including legal, finance, customer success, sales-ops, sales, and human resources
Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
Understand and daily use of SFDC, Box, Docusign, Jira, Workday

Have a strong understanding of the business
Confidently track and report legal metrics in a visually compelling way
Add value and participate with procurement on purchasing contracts
Improve processes in SFDC, Box, Docusign

Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6-months
Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
Be a leader in process improvements (including how to "scale" legal services delivery to meet the growing needs of the company)
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL
Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen
Be the go-to person and subject matter expert for contract administration by building efficiencies of scale in vendor and sales contracting processes
Lead trainings of sales-ops and finance teams on contracting best-practices

$58,000-$73,000 + Semi-Annual Bonus
Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer.
