To help fuel our growth and find new ways to continuously improve, we are looking for a Lead Business Analyst, Systems & Data Strategy to translate GTM needs into technical systems requirements. You will serve as a bridge between GTM stakeholders and the technology teams who turn requirements into reality.
As an integral member of the Business Systems Process Automation team dedicated to supporting GTM, you will play a pivotal role in steering the hyper-growth of our organization. Your primary focus will be on specifying system requirements, streamlining processes, and managing strategic and operational initiatives. Serving as the 'connective tissue' between cross-functional Go-To-Market teams and technology systems, you will drive critical systems and programs. • Act as a technical program manager on strategic initiatives. Create project plans, identify and document business processes and technical dependencies, facilitate user acceptance testing, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Assist and in some instances manage the systems backlog for various teams across GTM, including identifying business needs, hosting backlog refinement sessions with Ops counterparts, and developing requirements documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Align closely with GTM Enablement and GTM Systems teams on training and documentation needs for upcoming releases impacting internal end users.
    • Act as the connective tissue between GTM Systems and Operations. Leverage strong understanding of critical business processes to help identify gaps in systems and automation related to business operations.
    • Align GTM Analytics, BI Engineering, Finance Ops, and other cross-functional teams on forthcoming systems projects and initiatives where there may be impact on their respective bodies of work. Partner with other Klaviyo cross-functional teams to help drive forward the needs of GTM teams and provide business context for enhancement requests. Ensure dependent project workstreams are defined.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Develop prioritized plans and develop workflows to enable strategic programs.

    Who you are:

    • Ability to execute and deliver in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities
    • Analytical and solutions-focused problem solver; able to identify root causes, remediate existing issues and anticipate new ones, and proactively identify opportunities to help Klaviyo scale efficiently and effectively
    • Self-starter with a voracious appetite to learn and grow
    • Results oriented, have strong attention to detail, and are able to prioritize multiple objectives and projects (excellent organizational skills)
    • Highly collaborative
    • 4-6+ years of experience in either Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Care & Success Operations or related functions in a B2B Technology Sales Organization
    • B2B/SaaS company experience scaling an organization through significant growth

What's something quirky about your company?

There are a lot of quirky things about Klaviyo - from our love for Nicolas Cage to our need to use gifs and emojis in any and all communications. But the quirkiest, or most unexpected, thing about Klaviyo is how kind, genuine, and caring each person is here. Every day you’ll have the opportunity to work with folks that truly care.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

One of the great things about working at Klaviyo is that I get to work with amazing people from across the organization. While working in Finance isn’t intuitively a role that involves a lot of collaboration - Klaviyo’s finance team has regular interactions and team syncs with Sales Ops, Customer Support and the People Team!

    Tai

    Senior Billing Specialist

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We give people the means to learn, be it an unlimited budget for books or whatever is going to make you better. We’re going to give engineers the ability to go to conferences of their choice — this is a deeply personal thing that people need to be passionate about and be able to learn.
