Who You Are

A perfect day for you is spent digging through real estate listings online, learning a market & comparing prices analytically, and topped off with a bit of revenue or financial forecasting. You have a keen sense of logic and critical thinking, and can compare the desirability of two distinctly different products with your eyes closed.  You’re tech savvy, can easily pick up new software tools, and are a whiz with Excel. Colleagues are amazed at your ability to organize information and optimize your team’s tools.  You’re the person who always catches the little detail that makes the big difference.  And your manager is consistently impressed with the perfect balance with which you set ambitious goals and hold yourself accountable for achieving them. With all those tools in your belt and two to three years of experience, it’s no wonder you’ll be IH’s go to person for creating rental revenue projections.

How You Can Help

The InvitedHome Revenue & Projections Analyst will be accountable for the accurate and efficient creation of rental revenue projections for target InvitedHome properties.  These projections are used during the home acquisition and onboarding process to help homeowners and realtors understand the revenue potential of their properties.

• Creating rental revenue projections for new homeowner leads & properties for sale.
• Building our inventory of projections for homes in the IH database of target homes.
• Helping refine projections tools and ensure those projections flow efficiently to the revenue team for rate setting.
• Gathering market intelligence (information about properties, rates, property sales, competitor data, etc) about IH current & future destinations.
