About the Role
OrthoFi is looking for an enthusiastic Product Support Engineer/Jr .Net Developer that has a passion for web based software and that is excited to join a dynamic startup that is on the verge of realizing hyper-growth. You will have the opportunity to learn, work on diverse projects, and grow your technical skill set while working with a group of dedicated OrthoFi teammates.
You are eager to grow within a Software Engineering team. You are excited about learning the product and code base from ground up and elevating yourself on the team over time. You are extremely self-motivated, collaborative, and love a challenge.
As the Production Support Engineer, you are responsible for being able to dive into the application code and database to provide a root cause analysis of questions and/or issues that may arise from our internal and external clients. You will also interface with support and development management to escalate key customer issues. You will work closely with the QA team to help test necessary resolutions to issues. As a Jr .NET Developer, you will be responsible for fixing bugs in the code that may arise as part of the root cause analysis. This position is an excellent jumping off point for a number of different positions at OrthoFi as you become more familiar and comfortable with the code base and business rules that drive the logic.

Basic familiarity with Microsoft .Net technologies:
C#/VB.Net
SQL
Basic familiarity in web technologies:

JavaScript
2 years or less of relevant development experience
Strong sense of ownership over deliverables
Thrives in a team environment
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science degree a plus)
