Help develop and create epic journeys with a fast paced and exciting team that sends members all over the world!

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the Bespoke teams processes for customized travel
• Help create and standardize “Sample” Bespoke itineraries for the department and company to use
• Work on providing an analysis of other tour operator proposals and pricing
• Assist with the ordering and delivery of trip deliverables that also align with partner materials
• Assist the team as an additional resource helping create itineraries for member trips on the “Travefy” platform
• Ensure data collection of guest information for Bespoke trips with member care and vendors
• Maintain/Audit current Bespoke online tools (Wiki & Website) with accurate information
• Work with Care Team in setting up and participating in member discovery calls
• Update and create Site Inspection trips follow up in the “Lessonly” platform (past and future trip)
• Focus on standardizing the Bespoke trip materials both internally and externally
• Assist with planning pre trip calls with members from pre-trip planning through post-trip follow up
• Assist with necessary deliverables, including pre-trip preparation, amenities and coordination

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Entering junior or senior year at an accredited four-year university
• Will need great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire a strong process improvement and project focused mindset
• Good understanding of the world and destinations that Inspirato members travel to
• Excellent understanding of airline booking requirements and implications to a trip itinerary
• Have a financial understanding of the costs involved with a trip and what is involved in its creation
• Experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele in the travel industry
• Excellent phone manner to communicate and build relationships internally and externally
