Downtown Denver-based luxury vacation company is expanding our business into all aspects of luxury travel, including hotels, air travel, cruises, and tours. We are seeking a Hotel Coordinator who will be responsible for several administrative tasks including hotel reservations, payment processing and general support of Inspirato Travel Services (ITS).

 

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a positive team mentality. Must be eager to help, a quick study and a clear communicator. Experience with Salesforce.com and Office Suite (specifically Excel) is desirable.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with ITS Hotel Team to create a Virtuoso Hotel Scorecard to measure NPS and Supplier Relationship
  • Develop Supplier Training Impact Study to evaluate the efficacy of supplier training on production
  • Assist ITS Hotel Team to normalize hotel, cruise and destination data in Salesforce.com
  • Assist with the audit, creation and maintenance of Wiki pages and website content for Member Care and Sales department reference
  • Assist in supplier training scheduling and presentation setup

  • A Team Player – Collaborate well in a team with various work-styles and thought processes. Be an ambassador of the hotel team to both internal and external parties
  • Technical Skills – Comfortable working on/learning technology systems. Experience with Office Suite and Salesforce.com preferred

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Entering junior or senior year at an accredited four-year university
