DigitalGlobe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to work full-time at our Corporate Headquarters in Westminster, CO for summer 2018. In addition to participating in the DigitalGlobe Internship Program, the selected intern will be responsible for learning Talent Acquisition functions such as interview scheduling, onboarding and analytics. Additionally, this selected intern will be responsible for completing team projects related to the candidate experience and interview training for the hiring organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in pushing candidates through the interview process including: phone interviews, scheduling, and collecting feedback.
- Assist in collecting new hire paperwork and onboarding new hires.
- Assist in the running of the DigitalGlobe Internship Program.
- Responsible for documenting various business processes.
- Responsible for the project manager lifecycle for assigned projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an emphasis in Business Administration, HR and/or Marketing and at a rising junior or senior level.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 desired.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Excel tables, formulas and formatting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and work well in a team setting.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
