What does an Accounting Intern do at CyberGRX?

What a day in the life looks like:

• You will spend much of your time in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and Excel doing activities equivalent to a staff accountant
• Assist on a daily basis with procurement / accounts payable, invoicing / accounts receivable and daily bookkeeping
• Assist with general accounting month-end closing reconciliations and procedures
• Prepare standard financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow) and other KPI reporting to guide the organization with accurate and timely financial metrics
• Assist with monthly budget to actuals review by department
• Assist with the semi-annual budgeting process
• Collaborate across the organization with all departments

What you bring to the table:

• Previous experience with QuickBooks online
• Strong user of Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• BS or Masters in Accounting either in progress or recent graduate
