Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to compile financial data for use in maintaining accounting records and to perform standard bookkeeping functions. This includes being involved in the preparation of standardized and specialized reports, investigation variances, and communicating with various business partners daily. Self-motivated and driven, you’ll actively participate in process improvement projects ensuring effective accounting operations and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Solid English required, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle a high volume of information in a busy office environment
- Flexible and quick learner
- Experience in month end GL Accounting is advantageous
- Experience with Oracle is advantageous

The annual gross base salary range is $48,112.34 – $76,935.61. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
