We are seeking a Staff Accountant t o join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:

• Wear several hats to ensure marketplaces are properly functioning and supported
• Execute monthly invoicing for marketplace transactions
• Ensure marketplace transactions are recorded and flowing properly into NetSuite
• Work cross-functionally to reconcile between systems
• Close Activities: Prepare supporting documentation, record journal entries, and reconcile accounts for cash, accounts receivable, COGS, deferred revenue and revenue
• Create reports using data analysis for promotional sales
• Track various programs through reconciliations and data analysis
• Document current processes as needed and provide suggestions for process improvement

What you will contribute:

• Two or more years related experience
• Previous experience in E-Commerce and/or Technology desired
• Must have month-end close and end of year audit reporting experience
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to multitask

• Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software a plus

Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
