Reserve Trust is breaking new ground in B2B payments for domestic and international customers in the $22T global payments market, and we’re just getting started. 

 

We’re looking for a Payment Specialist with domestic and international payment experience, including Fedwire, SWIFT, and ACH. As part of the Operations team of Reserve Trust, you’ll play a critical role in driving the day-to-day execution of our core business. Your main function will be to ensure sound execution of payments as permitted by Reserve Trust and requested by our customers. You’ll work closely cross-functionally across the company, driving the execution of your responsibilities in a manner that meets or exceeds our requirements, as well as best practices. As an early-stage company, you will collaborate with a lot of smart, talented people and have the opportunity to be part of this fast growing company. 


This role reports to VP of Operations. 


You will:


· Ensure execution of payments is performed effectively and efficiently, driving towards highly repeatable processes

· Field, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, pulling in others as warranted

· Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency within the department including automation

· Drive customer self-service activities

· Assist with the onboarding of new customers

· Assist in the coordination of new business and product implementations

· Facilitate Root Cause Analyses recommending proactive improvements to existing processes

· Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations

· Meet or exceed productivity standards in the completion of daily assignments and accurate production

· Complete and pass assigned training

 

We’re looking for someone who has:


· 5+ years of financial services experience specifically in handling inbound and outbound wires and ACH payments

· SWIFT/ international payment experience

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding production and quality expectations

· Excellent time management and work prioritization skills

· A flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment – as a startup, we’re growing quickly and must adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining high-quality work output

· Analytical and data modeling skills to create and refine reports

· Experience working with a ticketing system

· College degree (BA) or comparable work experience
