The Position:

Evolve’s business is complex and dynamic. We have multiple customer and partner types and an expanding suite of products and services while operating in a fast-changing, high-growth industry. This position is an integral part of the Financial Controls team, and is responsible for helping to maintain the data integrity and proper financial controls of Evolve’s Salesforce CRM and Stripe payment platforms. The Operations Analyst, Financial Controls is responsible for case management of the team’s billing reconciliation queue and will work closely with the other members of the team, as well as other Evolve team members in front line positions. 

Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor transactions processed through the CRM and Payment Platform
  • Process manual transactions in the CRM and Payment Platform as needed
  • Reconcile bookings where automation fails to ensure proper payouts to all parties
  • Analyze billing queue trends to find efficiencies and process improvement suggestions
  • Collaborate with frontline teams to ensure full payment on bookings with modifications
  • Data clean up as needed
  • Support reconciliation activities across systems to ensure system effectiveness and data integrity

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
  • Ability to proactively determine root causes to process issues and initiate projects that will improve processes
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and various levels of company personnel
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary
  • Must be a team player willing to assist in various tasks
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (some overtime may be necessary)
  • Excellent mathematical skills
