REPORTS TO: Treasurer

Position responsibilities 

• Annual budget.
• Interim forecasts.
• Financial content of Board Presentations. 
• Metrics:
  – Preparation, analysis, and narrative.
  – Benchmarking against industry competitors.
  – Research and recommend new metrics to help drive the business. 
• Purchase requisition review and approval.
• Hiring request review and approval.
• Monthly financial statement financial results:
  – Narrative review and commentary. 
• Evaluate, design, and implement enhanced budgeting and reporting processes, reports, and tools.
  – Project leader to implement department budgets and management processes across the company.
  – Develop channel, product, and other (as needed) financial reporting.
  – Integrate reporting processes between Finance and Sales Operations. 
• Cash forecasting and bank covenant reporting. 
• Supervision of two senior financial analysts.
• Ad hoc projects as requested by COO, CFO, and Chief of Staff.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Finance. 
• MBA with Finance major/concentration preferred. 

Expertise & experience

• 5+ years of progressive work experience.
• SaaS company experience required.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Exceptional analysis and Excel modeling skills.
