Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Analytics Associate to join our fast-paced Finance, Operations, & Analytics team. You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!

- Help our leaders understand the business and make better decisions by collecting, analyzing, and presenting information
- Make the business better by contributing to diagnosis of complex problems, and the development and implementation of projects to solve them
- Keep the business running with crisp execution of our month end accounting and financial processes
- Illuminate the road ahead with support for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning
- Support AIR’s public message by preparing quarterly operational and financial reports for executive team and external reporting
- Challenge yourself and the team to get better each day by adding new skillsets, tools, and perspectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field
- 2-4 years of experience in finance or analytics
- Fluency in Excel and comfort building complex models
- We have a lot of great tools – SQL, Power BI, Blue Prism, Power Apps, Python, Machine Learning, Microsoft Flow, VBA are all great skills to bring to the team
Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected pay rate of $65,000 - $75,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
