THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Financial Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you'll work with the FP&A team performing daily, weekly and monthly operations maintaining Go-to-Market Models for Pipeline, Quota and Bookings. You will become the subject matter expert of our Sales Planning product maintaining Xactly's headcount and various sales capacity assumptions in the platform. In addition to these tasks, you will assist with ad hoc requests within FP&A and from other Xactly teams. THE SKILL SET:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience preferred

• Strong Data Mind with Excel/GSheets experience

• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Customer driven, collaborative, business-oriented approach

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

• Develop working relationship with Xactly's Finance and Sales Ops department

• Learn all of the GTM Models

• Meet and establish relationships with appropriate stakeholders

• Be introduced and have a high level understanding of Salesforce and Google Sheets.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Be self maintaining of the GTM Models

• Learned and Maintaining Xactly Sales Planning (XSP)

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Fully own and Collaborate with other Xactly teams using XSP for fiscal year planning

• Be proficient in supporting ad-hoc request

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Be an Xpert on all GTM related tasks, initiatives, and priorities

• Complete annual objectives that directly align to overall strategic initiatives

Salary Range: $56,800 to $65,000 + semi-annual bonus

Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. 

Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.
