As a Group leader of Finance, you will lead a global finance organization managing a significant part of Western Union’s revenue and support President of Consumer Money Transfer Group. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and enabling financial analysis for investments and business decisions. You will be a trusted advisor to senior management and a key contributor to our strategic planning process and long-term financial forecasts and investments.

For such a role, we require you to have extensive experience within Financial Planning & Analysis and experience working with C-level executives. You will need to have experience of working within a multinational organization and excellent business acumen. This role requires someone with the leadership qualities to drive change, implement policies and procedures to support the business in its overall success. You will need to have a proven record of building productive relationships with managers & peers.

Annual base salary gross:  $123,844 - $201,247. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
