Director of Financial Planning & Analysis [FP&A]

The Role:

The Director FP&A will partner directly with the Chief Financial Officer and the leadership team to drive, measure and manage key financial metrics across all domestic and international sales channels. This position will lead and provide financial guidance and support to the Company as we look to grow rapidly in US and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the entire FP&A function.
• Mentoring and training of FP&A staff.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and connections between our FP&A team and other departments.
• Lead financial modeling and analysis for use by outside investors and analysts.
• Prepare presentations for leadership team, Board of Directors and Investor Relations.
• Review external financial releases.
• Participate in and provide financial analysis and support for proposed acquisitions, including presentations to the Board of Directors.
• Participate in and provide financial analysis and support for new products.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, including management of the FP&A function.
• SEC experience required.
• Expertise in building financial models for analysts and investors required.
• Mix of public and start up company experience preferred.
• Consumer Products preferred.
• High growth company experience preferred.
• International experience preferred.
• Database manipulation experience.
• Adaptive Planning experience a plus. Looker experience a plus.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and GAAP.
• Ability to work across departments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both orally and in writing.
