Xactly is seeking a Billing/AR Analyst who is results-oriented, customer centric global billing professional with in depth experience researching and resolving payment exceptions, challenging chargebacks, auditing batch file processing, and supporting revenue recognition projects.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders for billing, collections, and revenue implications
• Respond in a timely manner to internal and external billing inquiries
• Process payments and assist in the timely collection efforts of outstanding receivables
• Work across departments to research and resolve invoice disputes
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement improvements to billing processes and systems
• Perform special projects as requested

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 0-2 years of billing and collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under time constraints
