Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all necessary inputs and data for timely payments of vendor invoices
  • Make weekly suggested cash requirements for payments and own the AP aging report
  • Validate PO pricing and quantities ordered with vendor invoices and match subsequent item receipts when the inventory is received at our warehouse
  • Partner with vendors and the Buyers and Supply Chain Coordinators from our eCommerce team to proactively manage any discovered discrepancies
  • Reconcile related inventory general ledger account and prepare journal entries to record adjustments
  • Ensure that all vendors are correctly set up in the accounting system and work with internal teams to establish payment terms and lines of credit
  • Display a passion for and expertise in accounting activities and procedures to support and reinforce key business objectives

Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice as needed
• Must be willing to work in Denver, CO
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle AP, inventory activities and internal controls with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in NetSuite and Excel
• An ability to prioritize and direct your own work to meet deadlines and desired outcomes
• A customer-service mindset and willingness to contribute to the Craftsy team and overall community
• A commitment to solving problems and creating continuous process improvements
• An ability to take direction and effectively execute against multiple simultaneous activities to achieve desired outcomes
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, changing and collaborative environment
