About the Role

As the Finance Operations Manager, you will help build and lead the most innovative and proactive Platform billing organization ever. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to build process from the ground up and manage an incredible team. This high impact role requires a passionate leader with a team player attitude. This position reports directly to our Director of Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Platform billing transactions for our end-users are effectively processed timely and accurately, emphasizing our zero tolerance for rejections or disputes.
  • Manage and lead our Operational Billing team.
  • Own Platform customer/vendor onboarding and collaborate with operations and development teams.
  • Utilize financial and operational data to identify and act on customer invoicing, payment, and cash collection trends; assemble and summarize data to effectively communicate findings to leadership.
  • Support our Senior Program Manager (FinOps) to continuously improve key OTC processes, OTC operational performance, reporting and close processes.
  • Manage Operational/Financial KPIs and act on them.
  • Support financial close and reporting activities.
  • The position requires interaction with a wide variety of internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in technology, professional services, Software as a Service, Platform and/or other high growth companies required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a financial role
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), financial planning software, and related technologies
  • Experience with large databases with the ability to utilize data from various sources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA or applicable professional designation
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts and/or certifications preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $100-130K
