As we continue on our aggressive growth path, we need a Wireless 5G Network Accounting Manager to help establish and improve processes as we deploy America's First Smart Network. The ideal candidate will be excited about a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that rewards innovation, proactivity, and teamwork. This is a hands-on position with direct access to Senior Management, and will play an important role in our success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and monthly close.
- Perform monthly close duties, including general journal entries, reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, and preparation of GAAP financial statements.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial statements and related management reporting.
- Support teams across the business including external/internal audit, tax, finance, procurement, human resources, legal and operations.
- Supervise, mentor and coach professional staff of accountants. Review work regularly, assist in completion of duties as necessary, and monitor progress of department goals.
- Establish individual goals with staff, and provide annual performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to automate current manual processes and improve utilization of technology and systems to create efficiencies within the accounting department.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Qualifications:
- Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn complex and ever-evolving businesses
- Experience creating and implementing new accounting guidance and corresponding process development
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding project management skills to establish and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, able to problem solve creatively and meet expanding business needs as circumstances require
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting in an often pivoting work environment and with effective cross-functional management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great team player, attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle a plus
- Bachelor and/or master's degree(s) in accounting
- 2 - 4 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or tier 2 firm)
- 5 - 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in growth companies
- CPA, or equivalent qualification a plus
Salary Range
Compensation: $95,000.00/Year - $140,000.00/Year
