NetApp seeks to recruit an experienced and innovative Vice President for its Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and All Flash Array (AFA) products based in Boulder, Colorado. This executive will lead an engineering team of approximately 350 people, and be responsible for successfully delivering some of the most strategic products of NetApp’s business today. This person will also be responsible for partnering with NetApp’s Executive Leadership Team and key customers to shape NetApp’s future architectural strategy.

- Experience managing a large, multi-disciplinary, multi-geography team responsible for executing NetApp’s technology vision and delivering an extensive and world-class systems portfolio, linked with the corporate engineering center.
- Experience managing the complexities of running a systems organization, ideally in storage or related data-center technologies (e.g., development needs, competitive and market gap analysis, life-cycle management, hardware/software cadence, etc).
- A demonstrated ability to collaborate with product development, marketing and sales organizations across a large enterprise.
- Hardware and software systems experience, ideally in Storage and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
- Experience in Agile methodologies. Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience is a bonus.
