About Role

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager as part of our Platform Engineering organization, you will work as part of a truly innovative, fun, and growing team responsible for developing, testing, and delivering automated services and product features that enable a DevOps culture across our SolidFire Product Development organization and make our products the choice for DevOps driven customers.

About You

You have:  

• A track record of "followership" - people want to work with you  

• Experience with DevOps concepts such as Configuration Management, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code, and the tools that get us there  

• Proven track record of hiring, growing, and nurturing cohesive, high-performing teams  

• Proven track record of focused execution toward an innovative and dynamic vision 

• Ability to work with external partners, cross-functional teams, and inter-company partners  

• 7+ years experience managing and leading software product development teams in a high-growth, fast-paced engineering organization  

• A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field  

You might also have:  

• DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure management experience in a rapidly growing technical field 

• Experience with Agile frameworks like SAFe  

• Experience managing senior technical leaders or other managers
