As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll be part of the System Test team working with the team, project managers and other stakeholders developing tests plans, executing tests, tracking and reporting results, troubleshooting issues and working to resolve defects.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work as part of the system test team to develop tests that emulate real-life, customer scenarios helping to drive quality into all aspects of the product
• Support QE processes and initiatives to ensure the successful execution of the test strategy
• Support Customer Support escalations by triaging field related issues and offering solutions
• Design, create, execute, track and maintain manual and automated test suites
• Document, track and escalate issues by providing detailed problem analysis to the development teams driving product quality
• Act as a customer advocate, committed to delivering quality throughout the company

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Quality Engineer or similar, relevant experience
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics or equivalent experience
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum driven development environment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, independent and self-motivated – proven ability to take initiative
• Proven ability to work well with peers in addition to mentoring and developing others
• Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and a balance of big picture thinking with an attention to the right details
