Sr Full Stack Engineer - Team Lead

We’re looking for a senior generalist that will lead a team towards realizing their potential as they let their unique skills materialize in innovating and impressive solutions to problems others were unable to solve.

In your average day, you will

• -  Work with a team of 5+ highly talented engineers, engaging them in technical discussions and facilitating the transfer of knowledge and experience.

• -  Work with the product owner and the engineering director to keep product and technology in sync, make wise technical decisions turning user stories into spotless technical implementation

• -  Review code, you have an uncanny ability to spot bugs and a relentless desire to optimize algorithms to achieve ever-increasing levels of scale and performance.

• -  Connect your team members, you help each of them demonstrate their skills and explore their interests

  Success will come from your experience

• -  Leading teams of engineers that have had products successfully delivered to production environments

• -  Building front and backend solutions, using a variety of languages and stacks (JavaScript, Python and Java are our preferred languages) - you feel very comfortable with node.js and react.

• -  Developing distributed software following agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• -  Building software that is cloud native and continuously delivered

• -  Handling changing and sometimes ambiguous requirements, while keeping yourself and your team motivated and energetic
