Are you an excellent communicator who can work with our sales team to present personalized solutions to potential customers? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Act as key contact in creation, presentation, demonstration and maintenance of a software product
  • Work directly with potential customers to educate them on the business impact and value of the Convercent platform through:
    • Participating in meetings with the sales team to understand prospects’ current challenges, identify a fit for Convercent in their business and answering questions about our products and services
    • Performing live demonstrations onsite and telephonically
    • Conducting hands-on workshops and presentations at conferences
  • Coordinate and manage customer communication of detailed implementation, performance, analytics and other features of our software
  • Assist sales team in creating responses to RFPs
  • Frequent travel and participation in industry events and customer-facing meetings

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably selling SaaS or 5+ years of experience in a strategic position at a large brand, agency, or platform working directly on detecting and monitoring risks related to Ethics and Compliance, Human Resources, Legal and/or Internal Audit
  • Strategic level practitioner experience working within an organization or institution
  • Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members in groups ranging from 1-100s
  • Highly tech savvy and comfortable speaking with upper level executives and the key current issues facing GRC professionals
  • A detailed understanding of questioning skills used in the sales & consulting processes to build a value proposal and demonstration
  • Able to learn various technical aspects of the product including back-end software management and front-end UI configuration and ability to discuss cloud network and security issues at a high-level
