Position Description:

The Solutions Engineer will have the responsibility to support the North America Commercial Sales Team in their pursuit of new business and upsell opportunities by providing subject matter expertise, demo delivery, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, and develop strong relationships. It is important that one have a strong customer centric mentality and genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers’ real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution set to solve them. Conga has grown to 11,500+ customers due to our excellent customer success and it is important that you embody that as we continue to grow. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Commercial Sales Team by providing subject matter and product expertise
  • Help customers and prospects find a solution to their business challenges via our growing solution set
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Engage with customers and prospects directly when necessary to provide support for sales activities
  • Capture all relevant details pertaining to existing opportunities in support of Sales Team and facilitate effective implementation and support via knowledge transfer
  • Produce and/or deliver customer specific demonstrations, technical presentations and pilot/proof of concept activities
  • Travel to visit customers as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • BS or BA degree is required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Software demo experience
  • High level of business acumen
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Salesforce required (administrator and/or developer certification a plus)
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions preferred but not required
  • Prior pre-sales or estimation experience required
  • Candidate should be self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed
  • Must have the ability to take joint ownership of the assigned accounts/opportunities with the Account Executive and lead account management on technical issues
  • Ability to connect with customers to become a trusted technical advisor
  • Team player with ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, operations, etc.

Colorado Pay range: 94,702.00 - 115,132.00 - 164,227.00 USD Annual

Benefits: You will be eligible for our paid Flexible Time Off Plan, which covers sick leave and paid holidays in accordance with Conga's policies. You will be eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits in accordance with Conga's policies.
