Salary Range: $30-$36/hourly

Job Summary: This is a 6-month contract assignment where you will be supporting our current platform by making prioritized changes in VB.Net and C#.Net as requested by the business.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex systems and software to resolve customer issues
• Identify and correct code related bugs in multiple product areas
• Work on modifications for customers outside the scope of the base product
• Provide creative solutions and workaround procedures when standard methods have failed
• Switch between a variety of tasks multiple times a day'
• Update legacy code to use modern or more efficient programming techniques
• Fix issues and bugs as they arise
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Participate in the Agile development process
• Write, document and unit test the code you deliver
• Maintain source control and change management processes
• Support other development projects as needed

Job-related Education, Experience and/or Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in VB.Net or C#.Net
• SQL relational database knowledge
• Experience in .NET Framework (2.0, 3.5, and 4.0)
• Experience with MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with CI/CD
• Familiarity with GIT
• Experience translating large features into software design
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe software development principles
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and establish ongoing relationships
