We are seeking a Software Test Engineer to work closely with our talented robotics team as we develop a state-of-the-art autonomy stack. You will create both regression and integration test harnesses supporting end-to-end verification of our autonomous system both in real world and simulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop qualification criteria and testing plans.
  • Develop and maintain automated regression and integration test suites for validation and verification.
  • Generate test data visualizations and reports/graphs/charts.
  • Ensure that new and existing product upgrades are tested and validated prior to their release.
  • Create tools to automate operations support.
  • Document and communicate test results and establish feedback loops with development teams.

Skills

  • Experience with verification and validation procedures.
  • Proficiency with Python and Javascript. Experience with C++ a plus.
  • Proficiency with data visualization frameworks (e.g. D3, Candela, Data Studio).
  • Experience with software testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Mocha, GTest).
  • Strong Linux background and familiarity with Linux scripting and automation. You must be comfortable using it as your primary environment.
