Job Description

Conga is looking for a Software Engineer who can focus on test automation with an eye towards meeting our customer’s expectations of 5 star value within the Conga product suite. Conga is transitioning to simple, secure, high quality microservices and is growing our cloud-based solutions for Digital Document Transformation. That growth requires a repeatable, automated solution for testing of Salesforce UIs, React UIs, RESTful Endpoints, and more.

A Software Engineer for this role will not only bring an understanding of what makes effective testing but also implement the infrastructure needed to test in a cloud-first environment. You will be expected to collaborate with your peers to improve our testing infrastructure so we can expand the coverage of our existing tests.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role at Conga, you should have experience with automated testing and be able to explain how you approached past testing challenges and why. You’ll join us using a variety of technologies and frameworks to build out an automated testing solution for Salesforce and AWS based solutions. You will directly impact the team’s success by establishing new testing patterns and expanding our old patterns. 

You should plan to arrive with the desire to learn because we are a fast moving development organization and we need to explore new solutions for our products and how we test them.
