Our client asked us to find an experienced, driven, and highly-technical software engineer who wants to build crazy stuff from the ground up.

C++ and optimization/implementation experience are must-haves to succeed in this role.

Specifically, you will: design, code, test, and debug new and existing features in a soft realtime layer of an embedded programming environment. You’ll also be employing your skills in signal processing and optimization to develop control software for an FPGA-accelerated software-defined radio in C and C++.

Our client is a well-capitalized venture capital backed company which is building the next-generation weather satellites on a dedicated satellite constellation.

• Higher-order state-space systems modeling
• Least squares problem solving
• MIMO linear systems analysis
• BS in Engineering or Mathematics with 4+ years of experience in MIMO controls or signal processing, or MS in Engineering/Mathematics and 2+ years experience.
• 4+ years of modern C (C99 or newer) or C++ (C++11 or newer) software experience, C++ preferred.
