Cardinal Peak is seeking a talented, experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience solving challenging problems. You will collaborate directly with our partners, management team and developers to solve hard engineering problems so our clients can bring their innovations to market.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with others to define project requirements, estimates and a plan for upcoming work.
Work in an agile development environment; collaborate closely with Customer, QA and UX.
Develop designs to solve challenging cloud scale problems and implement, test and deploy those solutions with your team.
Requirements:
Five years experience building scalable and highly available systems on AWS, using the following services: EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, Cognito, Lambda
Experience with REST APIs with Python, Flask, Django on AWS and HTML5, Javascript, CSS, React, Angular or similar frameworks
SQL and NoSQL databases
Orchestration tools: AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible
System architecture and object oriented design
Bonus points if you have:
Security: HTTPS and authentication best practices
AWS IoT solution development/deployment
