What You’ll Do:

• Lead all Program and project efforts around integration and security initiatives within the Production Engineering organization.

• Lead efforts which allow engineering teams across the Security Business unit to perform detail-level analysis for build versus buy solutions.

• Provide leadership for all initiatives keeping all compliance, security and regulatory needs satisfied.

• Ensure architectural oversight is accounted for on all efforts.

• Ensure project-level requirements are well-understood and have properly managed feature and defect backlogs.

• Ensure cross-team communications and dependencies are well documented, understood and risks are properly managed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience working with AWS infrastructure and SaaS software

• 4+ years of experience with systems engineering and software development

• 4+ years of experience managing projects and initiatives with focus on Security and Infosec

• Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead discussions; expert documentation skills

• Proficient in creating and building processes in a regulated environment

• Experience supporting an enterprise-level SaaS environment

Bonus Points for:

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Solid understanding/experience of containerization services such as Docker/Kubernetes

• Knowledge of open source tools such as Kafka, Terraform, Spinnaker, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch
