We are a dynamic financial institution created and developed by banking experts. We provide escrow-based deposit accounts and serve as a trust intermediary to our business clients to streamline their payment processes, create certainty and reduce risk, while enhancing reconciliation, and allowing our clients to grow their customer base. We’re a new startup based in Greenwood Village, Colorado and we're ready to hire our first engineers!

What You Will Do

You will be instrumental in defining and developing the look and feel of a new B2B payments system. You will own and build a new product where you take pride in creating a user experience that is innovative and delightful. You will translate business requirements into user friendly designs. You are detail-oriented — you notice subtle UI/UX issues and care about fixing them. You love the front-end space and stay up to date with the latest developments. You love writing elegant UI display code (not just relying on frameworks like BootStrap). You have experience working further down the stack and are willing to be customer facing from time to time.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of web application development experience with solid experience in data visualization and building dashboards and modern ways of organizing, filtering and mapping data
• Demonstrated leadership capability within a development team (focused on front-end)
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, Advanced CSS and pre-processing platforms such as SASS
• Experience with data visualization (d3.js) 
• Experience with front end frameworks (react, Vue, Angular)
• Proficient understanding of JavaScript pre-processing and packaging frameworks such as Babel and Webpack
• Experience with component composition optimizing reuse and established software development practices, especially when developing reusable UI components.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Proficient understanding of Git source control in a team setting
• You’re an evangelist for building a great product, not just use a particular dev stack or tools.
• Ability to meet project timelines and budgets 
• Ability to collaborate with peers on a project to meet project/product needs
