In this role you will develop graphic and media training solutions utilizing advance graphic design, graphic creations, and artwork & design adaptation. Publishes eLearning courses, training job aids, intranet web pages, and executive presentations for use in educating our employees. Develop, coordinate and deliver fully functioning products that incorporate audio, video (both animated and live-action, as needed), text and graphics into one application that is interactive for the end user. Using appropriate software and design tools, the advanced developer will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of advanced development deliverables that provide performance/accomplishment-based skills training for employees. Determines style, size and arrangement of type and illustrations. Directly assembles and prepares final layouts for print work and integration into training content. Creates and understands the effective media outputs for needs of the Global Talent and Learning team to integrate with the LMS system.

In this role you need proven advanced experience in Articulate 360 or Articulate Storyline; advanced experience with other development software tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere, Audition, Captivate, etc.) or other similar design tools; Experience working with HTML and CSS; Experience in reviewing and analyzing corporate training or instructional programs, making recommendations and executing/implementing solutions; Proven experience in developing dynamic graphic design and advanced multimedia design.

Annual base salary gross:  $81,204-143,043. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
