Skupos software integrates at a retailer’s point of sale, generates analytical insights, and enables promotion execution and performance tracking. For distributors and CPG brands, we provide real-time visibility into consumer purchasing decisions and enable automated promotional discounts at the point of sale. Role. An overview of the opportunity:
As a Salesforce Developer and subject-matter-expert, you will be focused on developing and delivering Salesforce solutions for our GTM teams working as part of the GTM Systems and Operations team. You will wear many hats and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, code development, software integration, testing, training and post deployment support.
Team. The team and our people:
The GTM Systems and Operations team is responsible for helping drive profitable growth by driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the GTM organization. We help connect GTM operations seamlessly providing visibility and insights to improve performance across the customer journey. We are responsible for managing and developing Salesforce to meet evolving cross-functional needs to support a 360 CRM approach, including seamless communication with other tools and software, process automation, UX optimization, accurate reporting and data quality, optimal UX, and strong partnerships with internal teams.
Responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- Work with stakeholders and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements and level-of-effort
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce platform by working collaboratively with team members
- Develop process flows and design, architect, and document Salesforce technical solutions
- Develop in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Java and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business needs and fulfill customer stories
- Follow coding standards and ensure quality and appropriate design patterns by writing and maintaining high quality code with high test coverage
- Build for scale, defining initiatives to improve infrastructure and reduce technical debt
- Troubleshoot current integrations, issues with Salesforce APIs (Product/Boomi,, Hubspot, BeyondTrust, etc)
- Participate in key meetings with stakeholders including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
- Mentor members of the team to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team
Skills. We are looking for:
- Demonstrated success integrating Salesforce.com with other applications using integration platforms such as Boomi or similar
- Good understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL and relational database schema design
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and software triage skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced and rapidly changing work environment
Experience. Candidates should have:
- 4+ years of relevant hands on Salesforce configuration experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience as Salesforce Developer with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc
- Candidates with Salesforce certifications are preferred – Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales, Service and Community cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Experience using web services, SOAP, XML, REST, MSMQ, workflow, XML, HTML, UML and JavaScript
Salary is based on experience and location.
Salary range in Denver, CO: $85,000 - $100,000.
