Requirements
3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in a technical Quality Assurance Analyst role with experience testing both Mobile & Web applications
Experience with Integrated System testing, QA testing methodology and user acceptance testing against front-end UIs, as well as back-end databases and APIs
Experience writing, documenting, & monitoring test plans
Experience with SQL & AWS
Experience working in a fast paced agile development with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
Experience with PMS (JIRA, GitHub)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communicator
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with continuous deployment, test automation, and test-driven development practices (JUnit and/or TestNG)
Experience with Automated testing tools, methodologies, & frameworks (Selenium) including experience with REST calls (Postman)
Scripting skills in at least one common language (Python, Perl, Shell, JavaScript)
Responsibilities
Estimate, write, and execute test cases. Conduct all manners of exploratory, manual regression, compatibility, and load/stress performance testing
Document & track test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
Interpret & triage results, identify trends and communicate findings to leadership
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Prepare and produce releases of software components
Participate in all scrum meetings (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming)
Participate in defining Acceptance Criteria for user stories
